Big Changes for the 2013 Race!

We are proud to announce venue changes to the 2013 Susan Bradley-Cox Tri for Sight that we hope secures the future of this race for years to come and continues our goal to benefit eye research!  Due to increasing costs and safety concerns related to the congested bike course, we will be moving the race venue to Spindletop Hall and revising the distances to accommodate the new location.  The 400 meter swim will take place in a heated pool with a time trial start on 15 second intervals.  The Spindletop venue offers a safer and less congested 13 mile bike course in the beautiful horse country located just across from the Kentucky Horse Park.  The 3.1 mile run is a flat and paved closed course run located entirely on the grounds of Spindletop.  We’d also like to give our thanks to Beth and Eric Atnip for the years of leadership they gave to  building the Tri For Sight and wish them the best in their new endeavors in Colorado!
