Race Day!

For parking on race morning, please enter the parking lot off of Cooper drive, between the BCTC building and University drive.  There will be parking volunteers race morning to guide you.  Please do not park in the parking lot between Commonwealth stadium and the BCTC building.  Thanks for your cooperation!

The transition area will be open for body marking, late packet pick-up, timing chip pick-up and transition set-up from 5:15am – 6:45am race morning.   A mandatory pre-race meeting will begin at the transition area promptly at 6:50am.  All athletes are to attend!   After the conclusion of the meeting, triathletes will make their way to the pool and seating will be in order of swim seed time (your race number).  Restrooms are available in the transition area and at the pool.  Duathletes will stay around the transition area for the start of the duathlon.  The triathlon is scheduled to start at 7:15am while the duathlon is scheduled to start around 7:30am.

*Note: if you have been given permission to pick up your race packet Sunday morning, please arrive no later than 6:15am to allow yourself plenty of time to get situated race morning.

Race Day parking is located in the "E" lot off of Cooper Drive.  There is plenty of parking and there will be volunteers on hand to point you in the right direction. Please enter the lot off of Cooper Drive (it is located between University Drive and the BCTC building).  There is no race day parking in the BCTC lot in front of the stadium due to the fact that the race goes right in front of the stadium.

USAT entrants please be prepared to show your USAT membership card (or proof of membership if your card is unavailable.) All non-USAT entrants must sign a waiver when picking up their packet. Maximum number of participants is 350 for the triathlon and 150 for the duathlon.  Entry forms must be post-marked by September 1st or completed on-line by midnight August xx for seeding. Late registrants will start in the order their form was received following all seeded entrants.   Late entries will be accepted through 1:00 pm on Saturday September 5th if space is available.
